We have a mixture of transaction IDs recorded in our db for our payments.
The "good" transactionIDs are in a format like: bLf0yWQSkg0zArg4XPq7WbleV
But the "bad" transactionIDs are different and look like: 7e7b2464-b1d7-523e-4665-cc115673d754
The latter group of transaction IDs are "bad" because they do not match any record in the Sales -> Transactions report in the Dashboard. The "good" IDs match up fine.
We have double checked that our code isn't accidentally pointed at the sandbox by the way.
