Device has been deactived and I can't get it to work

I logged into my Square account and found that my device has been deactived.  There is no option to reactivate it. When I tried to add a new device I can't get it to pair up.  I have a vendor event on Saturday 11/12/16 and I need to get this solved quickly.  The device codes won't log in either.  HELP...

@Durenda - Are you the owner of the account or an employee given access?  If you are the owner or have access to the original email and password to log in you can use that and you'll be up and running in seconds.  I don't know what you mean that when you add a new device you can't get it to pair up.

@VanKalkerFarms - Thanks for the help! I think that they used device codes to log into their locations, as opposed to email address/password. 

 

@Durenda - You can manage, and create a new device code from the Devices tab of the Square Dashboard.

I got it figured out.  Somehow my "Location" was deactivated and when I reactivated it, I then could log in w/my email and password.  Yes I am the owner and I am the only one that uses the square readers.
