Deleting App off of Volunteer Phones

I will have some volunteers helping at checkout during our fundraiser to make the process as quick as possible for our attendees. As I understand it, I can get each of my volunteers a reader, and if they install the app on their device and log into MY account using my user name and password, then we can all process check outs at the same time - is this correct? And if so, I do not want my account info to remain on their phones after the event... if I just watch them delete the app, will that take care of it? Or can I remove my account from their app somehow? And do I need to wait a certain amount of time before doing this so that the transactions they completed get processed? (I don't want to delete the app right after the event if that means we'd lose the sales they made). Thanks so much!

My suggestion is to have you have the main user password and setup a Team password type thing that is used on all other devices with limited access.  You give the volunteers the Team Access with limits on what they can view or do.  I set 2 up for free, the owners account and a Store Account Team.  The Store Team can take sales and a few other things but needs the owners password to get into other settings.  You can change the Team Pin at any time to basically lock all the volunteers out at once.

Now with Team Management you can assign more than 2 employees for additional costs, but for free you can setup 2 accounts, 1 for the Owner and 1 for another type of associate (Volunteers).

I basically have the owner password and Pin and then I created a Sales associate account for my stores name with limited abilities.
