Deferring Employee Payroll Taxes

On August 8, 2020, President Donald Trump issued an executive order deferring certain payroll tax obligations in light of the COVID-19 crisis. I am using Square Payroll.  What are my responsibilities? What do I need to do in Square Payroll?
