Is it possible to include the date for each item on a reciept?
I frequently have tickets left open for several weeks before customers will pay them. They want to know what date they received each individual item. The receipt only prints the current date.

There isn't a way to include an earlier date(s) on receipts from the time that you're processing the transaction. What you could do is add a note to the transaction and include any dates necessary. Your customers will be able to see those notes on their receipts.
