Hi Everyone,
We used to have a fabulous, very visual dashboard that had a bar graph that my staff could use. They'd pull it up and instantly see when the busy times were according to historical data.
The new dashboard is not helpful with this at all. They can see whether sales are up or down, but not by the hour. This means they guess randomly at when to take their lunches and breaks, often totally missing the best times.
Does anyone have any solutions for this?
Does anyone know of any competitive POS system that DOES have a visual (GenZ, they need pictures, not numbers) components for team use?
Also, does anyone know why my gross sales are consistently smaller than my net sales? What data is being used by square for what? It's impossible to tell what the data on the dashboard actually means.
If anyone from square is monitoring this, please yes! Do tell me why Square changed that bar graph into a very confusing list of numbers that doesn't correlate to anything. I've been with Square for 9 years, but the dashboard/reporting on daily sales has never been so bad.
Isn't the data on the Sales Trends tab the data you're looking for?
