Customizing Forms

We have two forms to collect donations.

One is a "enter an amount" form with the option to donate once or donate monthly; https://checkout.square.site/pay/1d1d71c1d52f402e8b0a2089c3e5a8d0

But we want to offer different numbers to select and not allow someone to donate once but only have the monthly option. I can't seem to do that at all. It's not customizable.

Secondly we have a second form that is for one-time donations that we multiple options to choose from but despite checking the "variable option" in the setup. there is no way to type in what you want.  https://checkout.square.site/buy/IYS7RCEUF556EG4N47FFO47Q

I'd love to re-create the forms locally and simply have it submit to Square but I can't seem to find any information on how to do that. In the developers area it's all about programming for the API which I am in no position to do right now.

Any advice would be great!

Right now, Checkout links cannot be restricted to only monthly recurring payments. By default, customer will have the option to choose a one time donation.

As your second question, I don't think API is the route to go. You want to give customers the ability to enter customer amounts for checkout links?

We want someone to be able to use the form to choose dollar amounts and also to put in a custom amount. However, it seems that if I have four options, the custom dollar amount shows up, but if I have five like now, the custom option disappears.
