Customize buttons on phone app?

On my old phone, I was able to customize the buttons at the bottom of the Square app (Checkout, Transactions, Notifications, and More) to also include Balance.  I just upgraded my phone and can't figure out how to replicate this.  Anyone know how to do that in the Android app?

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you are trying to customize on the app? Square Point of Sale has undergone some significant interface changes and I want to make sure we are both on the page so I can point you in the right direction.
