Hi Everyone,
We use Square to process payments from our Online store. I have had two or three customers recently who tried to purchase from our online store and their payments failed. Square tells me that it is because something in their billing information or address doesn't match their credit card info so it fails.
However, when I send a Square invoice via email for them to pay with the same credit card, it goes through. If something is wrong with their billing address or info, then why the invoice goes through but not when they try to pay through online shopping cart?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I'm wondering if this is because they don't have to enter quite as much information on their side of an invoice. I'm not familiar with the online store side of square, but to me, this would make sense. I don't believe you have to enter your address when paying an invoice.
