We have a popup on our website. One of our customers subscribed using the popup who had previously unsubscribed. But they are still showing up as unsubscribed. Any idea why it didn't resubscribe them?

I'm having this same issue. I contacted Customer Support who told me they were volunteering to help out because of a high volume of support requests. This person told me they opted the customer back in "to everything they could." It's still showing the customer as "Unsubscribed." Is there nothing that can be done to fix this issue? It should be easier than this.
