My customer attemtped to pay their invoice, but it was cancelled by Square. Now she has pending transactions on her account. She called the credit card company and they can't cancel her payment until I have recieved it. Obviously I can't recieve the funds if the payment was cancelled. How do I go about this?
If the payment failed, then the charges seen are temporary holds that will fall off automatically just like the gas station temporary holds.
How long will take this !?
