Customer paid with PayPal, but can't find the charge. I looked in my bank account and nothing.
I had the same thing happen... We have a PayPal account. It is linked to our online store (In settings it shows that it is connected). Customer purchased product online, we shipped it. 30 days later, we get a notice that the payment was returned to the customer because we didn't claim it... So are PayPal payments handled differently than other payments on web orders? We just gave away $170 worth of merchandise
