Customer not receiving invoices

Hello, I am a customer. A vendor has sent a Square invoice to me twice, now, but I have not received it. I checked spam and filters (no such luck). I signed up for a square account hoping to find the invoice linked to my email address (no luck there, either). Is there a way for me to access the invoice online?

Hi @Spamjeni, sorry for the pain! While I don't have a link for you to access the invoice, the vendor that sent you the invoice originally sent you the invoice can share a private link with you. 

 

For security purposes, only the vendor has access to the invoice link. If they have any trouble sending it over to you, this Support Center article should help them send you a link!
