Invoice won't allow customer to enter the 4-digit security code for her Amex. Please advise. She says the field only allows 3 digits
Hello @movado32k1! The CVV for Amex is 4-digits long and is visible on the front of the card. The 4-digits CVV must be entered to complete the payment.
If they haven't already, I recommend that your customer contacts their card-issuer bank to confirm their card information, and also confirm that the card is active. If they're still having trouble paying the invoice, you should call our Support team directly.
