We are a new business and we’re getting great customer feedback but it seems as though it’s just a message to us. We’re really wanting to post these reviews or make it to where other people can see them. Is there a way to do this without asking the customer to review us on another platform? Is there a way to post the feedback?
HI, yes, you would need to +Add, Section, Customer Testimonials, which you would add manually.
You can add customer feedback a couple different ways, @HeyBaby
The first option mentioned in this thread is to use the Customer Testimonial section. Log into the Square Online website editor, then click the dropdown in the top left corner and select the page you want to use. Next, click on the "add section" link in the left side menu. You will need to scroll a bit, but you'll see the option.
The second option is to use Item Reviews which are displayed on the item page of the website. Hope this helps you out, and please let us know if you have any other questions.
