We know the point of sale offers feedback on receipts but when a customer orders something online, is there a way for them to leave feedback from their receipt from an online order or Self-serve ordering?  Toast offers this and we were wondering if it was possible with the Square Online store.   TIA

Currently, customer reviews are only available on the Shop All template (i.e. not on Order Online). If you’re using Order Online, you would have to switch the store type. It is also an upgraded feature for Square Online, we recommend reading this article about how to set it up if you are interested!
