I currently run a service business where I visit accounts two to five times a month and charge per visit. However, I typically only charge once a month for customer convenience via an invoice for all service visits and items purchased throughout the calendar month. Is there a way to start a charge account for these customers that will allow me store purchases on their customer info pages to be aggregated and invoiced at the end of each month?

We don't have anything like this built out at the moment. But I can see how that would make your invoicing a lot quicker at the end of the month! While we don't have something like this right now, I can go ahead and share this feedback with our Product team.

Thank you, I appreciate the consideration! To anyone who has a similar setup as me, I found a workaround for now with the open tickets function on the mobile app. However, I have not yet figured out a way to access these open tickets from the browser PoS system so I have to send the invoices from my mobile phone or tablet, but I am still to track and to invoice on my usual schedule of once a month.
