Custom reports - no tax

I need to set up functionality to run a no tax report for those items that do not incure tax.

I added a non-gst 'tax' to trial, however when I ran the report I didn't have the option to extract non-gst (no tax) data.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

If you are looking for Sales Data on items that did not incur tax, an option could be to utilize the Item Sales report and add the Taxes column by pressing the plus sign to the right of the column headers and check the Taxes checkbox.  Then the columns will include the tax amount for each item.  You can choose your date range as desired.  This report can be exported as well to a csv file to open in a spreadsheet for sorting, grouping, etc.

If you are simply looking for a quick way to view items in your library that are not set to have tax applied to them, you can go to Items->Sales Taxes and click the Apply To Items link to the right of a tax rule and scroll through the items to view any that are not checked.

Or you can export your Item Library to a csv file under Items->Item Library and click the Actions button and choose Export Library.  Then in a spreadsheet program, you can sort by the tax column.
