I just processed a refund for an online transaction and the customer says that the credit card information (last 4 digits and exp date) do not match up with her information, but the charge went through on the purchase when it was made on June 10th. Has anyone had this happen? Is there anything I can do to help this customer? I have told her that I have no access to her credit card information but she wants to know how I can ensure she is credited properly.
@brandononeill Does the card information that the customer has match up with any other transactions? You can search by last 4 digits of the card in your Transactions page from your Online Dashboard.
