I shared a contract that I created the template for and sent it for a signature. The status is in "review". The customer has not received the contract in their email. Is there a step I am missing?

Just to make sure, was the customers email correct? Or perhaps it may have got stuck in their spam folder. or marked as Spam that they may have overlooked it.
Agree with @Minion on this one, the contract in question sounds like it may have been missed by your customer. If you continue to have trouble with your contract making it over to your customer, we would recommend reachIng out to our Support Team directly to see if they can get a diagnostic on the deliverability of your customers email.
