Hello, I am not able to recieve any email when a user submits contact us page. It only shows in the square app but I would like to get an email notification
HI, have you changed the email since starting your account? If so, even though you changed it everywhere you have access to, the email still needs to be changed on Square's dashboard. So you would need to contact Square.
You can also check your settings for the correct email address within the Contact Us section.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.
You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop. Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
I have the same issue. I have never changed my email but people have said they sent me a message and I am not receiving them. Where are they stored online?

You can find them in your Square Online overview page by going to Website > Form Submissions.

Easy peasy I fixed it. They r going in spam. Go there and release to add them in inbox then from there they ll show in ur inbox.
