Can I link a unique bank account to each location using the SDK?

Happy to see your question here. Yes, with Square, you can add a different bank account to each location. Take a look at how to Manage Multiple Locations in this article. 

To Link and Edit Your Bank Account see below:

1. From Account & Settings in your online Square Dashboard, click Bank Accounts.
2. Under All locations, click the linked bank account next to the location in question.
3. From the drop-down menu, select the verified bank account you want to add to that location. ...
4. Click Update linked account > Done.

Can you please provide us with more details related to the API you are trying to integrate. It sounds like you want to use a Square Payments API on your website, is this correct.
