Confirmation Email missing info

I just started selling tickets and mercandice for my event this year from the online store and noticed that the confirmation and policy text is missing. I tried modifying the recipt under account settings > recipt but that has no effect on it. Is there another location the online store recipts are managed? The recipt also has the date of last years event which could be very confusing. How can I fix this?

Hi there, 

 

You'll want to edit your return policies and customer facing information for Online Store orders through your Online Store Settings section of your location specific Dashboard. 

 

From here, you'll be able to edit your return policy, pickup instructions, business hours, and shipping settings. 

 

In regards to the dates of the events, you'll want to edit this from your Store Editor
