I had signed up for a square card not knowing it was going to remove the option for close of day. I deactivated the square card following the directions customer service gave me below but the option to update the close of day again is still not there. What am I doing wrong? Anyone know how to fix this. I regret signing up for the card in the first place a lot.
You can deactivate your Square Card right from the Square app. To do so:
In case you need to, you can order a new card by selecting I lost my card, My card was stolen, or I never received my card.
Once that's deactivate, you'll be able to update your close of day on your Square Dashboard.

Sorry for the confusion here. When you activate a Square Card, it changes your Transfer settings to manual.
The reason you weren't seeing the Close of Day option is because the funds are immediately available on the card for use and all transactions go directly to it.
How long ago did you deactivate it and where were you looking for close of day time after?
Weeks ago. I emailed and was told there’s an issue and it shouldn’t have done what it did after deactivating and they will need to fix it on their end. I’ve been waiting for them to call me back I tried getting a call back yesterday and never happened and waiting again today.
@VBandD Hmm if it's a known issue I would give us a call back to see where they're at with your ticket.
I would call us instead of waiting for the callback.
