Clients booking for a color and cut

Hi all, new here. Having issues with my clients booking just a color instead of cut and color. I put in my info that all items are booked separate but there still seems to be a lot of confusion for people scheduling. I know I could just include it in the time but then I would have to change service and pricing if they decided to leave wet or get a cut and no blow dry etc etc.  any tips or help?

Did you make sure to enable the setting where your clients can book multiple services for one appointment? 

 

You'll find this setting on your Appointments Dashboard. Head to Settings Calendar & Booking, towards the bottom of the page you'll see the toggle.
