@BairTEK I don't quite understand your post but if you need to update your business name you can do so from the Account & Settings section of your online Square Dashboard. Is that the information that's missing?

I have the same problem. I have included my business name in Account & Settings. The business name shows up fine on the initial checkout page. However, when you click on the Checkout button to go to the payment screen with the order summary, details and payment information etc, there is no business name at the top, just a blank header. How can I show the business name and preferably logo also on this page?

@SeanoDriving thanks for reaching out to let us know!

Is this occurring for all Square Online Checkout Links created? Are you able to include a screenshot as an example so we can have a clearer idea of what you're referring to?

We'll keep a lookout for your reply here.

Hi Laurie

You can see what I mean if you click the following link. My business name is at the top of the page, however when you click the checkout button, it disappears. The checkout page looks rather bare:

Thanks for sending through the link @SeanoDriving!

This is the same for me, once you select checkout the business name and logo disappear. I want to replicate this on my own account before escalating further here.

From the looks of it, you've selected the 'Sell an item' option when setting up your payment link, is that correct?

Alrighty, I've just tested this on my own account @SeanoDriving.

Once I've created a payment link to 'Sell an item' and select checkout on that link, I am prompted to enter my card details but my business details remain on the top of the checkout page.

I wonder if you've also included your business name details in the Online Checkout Settings?

Go to Online Checkout > Settings > General > and input your business name here if it's not already showing. Let me know if you're able to see your business name on the checkout page after this step.

Hey Laurie, when I go to Online Checkout Settings > General > I can see that my Business Name is blank. I noticed that previously. However, when I enter my business name and hit the Save button at the bottom, it says 'successfully saved'. If I then toggle away from that screen e.g. click on Branding, then go back to General, the business name is blank again. It just won't stick for whatever reason. See screenshots...

Laurie, further to my message above, if I create a payment link to 'Sell an item' as you say, it does in fact show the business name on the checkout page. However, in my case I want the item type to be Digital not Physical. If I change this in the Site Items menu, it causes the problem I'm experiencing.

Are you able to replicate this?

Hi @SeanoDriving, I've just replicated this on my end and can confirm both the business name and logo disappear when selecting checkout on a digital item payment link.

This is very interesting! I've not noticed this before, so it's hard to tell from my end whether this is expected behaviour or not. At this stage, the next best step would be to reach out to our Support Team to make them aware of this behaviour.

If necessary, they'll be able to escalate this further to our Engineering team. If a solution is offered here immediately, feel free to share the outcome with us on this thread as other sellers may benefit from the answer.

Sorry I couldn't get to the bottom of this for you myself on this occasion. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any other questions you may have!

Hi Laurie, thanks for confirming that you were able to replicate the issue. It just seems like a 'bug' or oversight to me – it doesn't make sense why it works OK with Physical Item types and not Digital. It makes the checkout page look rather untrustworthy. I actually did contact support and their response wasn't great unfortunately:

"At the moment, customizing the Secured Checkout Page isn’t available with Square Online Checkout links. I can absolutely see how this would be useful! We’re constantly working to improve our features based on feedback like this, so I’ll be sure to pass your request over to our Product team."
