I am working with a 3rd party registration web site that has a lot of choices that calculates the price for the customer to pay. They do not directly process credit card payments but will redirect the customer to an external site for payment once a registration is completed.
The Checkout Link has most of the functionality I need. The system can pass the total price when it redirects to the Checkout Link. It would be a huge benefit if the Checkout Link could accept variables for total price and the two custom fields in the standard Checkout link. This is similar to the option that allows the customer to enter a price and asks for custom information, but instead those fields would be pre-filled by variables sent along with the URL as a parameter list to the Checkout Link.
Could anyone else use this feature? How do we request a modification from Square to do something like this?
