Changing Ein number without changing previous years 1099-k information

I have recently changed business structures and need to update my Ein number. I see how to do that, however every time I go to change it, it changes the previous years 1099-k information. How do I go about doing this without changing last years 1099-k? Last years 2021 1099-k is correct and I just want to change my information for the current 2022 year. Thanks!
