Lost my cell number association with my 2-step verification. How do I bypass this to access account?

I have a new number and the 2 step verification process will not allow me to remove that number. I no longer have access to that old number. I need help

As @EJ_ mentioned, we will need you to get in touch with our Support Team by phone so they can confirm some information with you for security purposes before they can update your phone number. You can give us a call at 855-700-6000 between 6am-6pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday.
