Cash transactions missing for multiple hours

This has happened twice. Sales for the day from 830am to about 5pm didn't all show up on my reports. According to the sales report, transactions ended at 11:48am. Total sales recorded for the day did not reconcile to cash.

Has anyone had this problem and were you able to resolve it?

Oftentimes, when a chunk of sales are missing like this, it's because the app was in Offline Mode, and the stored payments haven't been uploaded to us yet. 

 

Unfortunately I can't look into it much further here in the community, as it’s public. If you haven't already, contact our Support team so they can investigate further. Thanks for your help with this!
