In my client info, theres an "other" field with information that I want to get rid of, but I dont see it in any settings on square or square appointments, on either my ipad or PC, how do I get rid of this?
Hey there! Thanks for posting in the Community, and I'd be happy to get this cleared up for you.
The "Other" field that you are seeing is a field that was depreciated early this year, as we moved over to the Notes system.
You will not see this in anything other that the POS App. But I'd be happy to have our some Directory Support team get this removed for you. I'll open up a case with them on your behalf and they'll reach out when this request has been completed.
