I had a patient pay part of an outstanding balance with her benefoit card yesterday. She has used this card in my office several times before with no issue. The payment went through, but cancelled a short time later. The message flashed across so fast that I couldn't read all of it, so i don't know why it was cancelled. I am not seeing this on my dashboard either. Where do i look for answers on this?

Any successful transactions will appear in your recent activity in the app right away. There are several reasons a transaction might fail, and you can view you failed payments from the Transaction Status Report. Hope that helps!
As a business owner, I'm concerned that now that I've given the permission to do cancel transactions, an employee can just back out of a transaction and then pocket the cash. This isn't a concern with card transactions, but it could easily happen with cash. For instance, if a customer gives the exact amount of the cash total and doesn't want a receipt, the employee can cancel the transaction and pocket that cash.
Is there a way to know how many cancelled transactions an employee does? I tried to look under my transaction report, but it only shows credit card transactions. It doesn't show a cancelled order.
