Can you tie a virtual terminal transaction to a customer?

I keep all of my customers on file and generally charge them in person via the app.  Occassionally, I need to charge them when assisting them remotely over the phone.  I have used the virtual terminal for this which works but how can I tie that transaction to a specific customer?

Hi @AZ_Computer_Pro. Hmm- you should be able to charge the customer's card on file right from the Virtual Terminal. The last screenshot in this Product Update thread shows how to select the customer's card on file from Virtual Terminal.

If you aren't seeing the option to choose Customer Card on File and select your customer from the dropdown menu please reply here to let me know!
