I'm wanting to try out the online Appointment ap not sure I like the fact the a client can get on there and make changes to it though also I know I do not want my clients able to prepay for their appointment as the total is not always what is listed as it is a and up thing and we have add on services we try to sale if the prepay the card is put in manually and the fees are higher I do not want higher fees and do not want to have to run a clients card twice !!!
Wanting to know if the prepayment part can be disabled

Hi there @Ladybugsalon - Have you seen the settings in the Appointments section of your Dashboard? You're able to adjust whether clients can make changes to their appointments.
You can also adjust your payment booking options here, including selecting a no-show protection which doesn't charge your client unless they are a no-show: https://squareup.com/appointments/business/cancellation_policy

thus will help me out alit I’m still getting used to be whole system so far I like it just not that my clients would be able to make changes and I do not like the prepay for my appointments I want to be able to upsell in the Salon without having to bill my clients twice
