Hello,
i read that orders expire if they take longer to be fulfilled than 30 days. My items will often be made to order (e commerce custom car parts) and the 30 day window should work but I’m just curious how I could prevent an issue here in the future if I need extra time to process these parts.

In order to make sure i'm grabbing the right information, what website builder did you use to create your site (Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy, WooCommerce etc.)? Also, can you provide the URL to your website/page? Thank you!

This is for a square website, it hasn’t launched yet so it is still the free version without a domain

I've looked into this a bit more, and it appears that all orders after 30 days can be managed through the Square Online order manager within the "orders" tab.
