You have a few options
1. Press and hold the item on the Grid that you want to remove, and little X's will appear in the top corner of each item on the grid. Click on the X of the item you want to remove from your grid. This will keep the item in your Library, but remove it from the Grid.
2. If you want to delete the item completely from your Library, you can delete it completely from your Items list either on your Web Dashboard or the Items tab in the Sidebar. If you delete it from your Library, it will also delete it from the Grid.
