Can you create a discount/coupon that will cover merchandise and shipping?

We offer a free shirt with a membership, is there a way to create a discount/coupon that will cover merchandise and shipping costs?  I've tried a number of combinations but can't seem to find one that works.

From the Square Online Dashboard > Items > Coupons, Can you set the coupon type to 100% and what is discounted to All orders? Or does that still exclude the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are still charged.

Oof, I was afraid of that. I checked with my Team and I'm afraid there's no way around charging shipping. @BoomerSooner
