Can you allow some item options for online sale and others for in store only?

I work for a brewery and I'm trying to help them clean up their online and square tablet. The issue we're running into is that if I put in a beer type, there are various ways you can order that beer (ie: a pint in house or a 6 pack for delivery or pickup). When we put the beer in and the various options, it shows the pints and in house options as well as the delivery/pick-up options. Is there a way to have all the options under the beer type and just designate which are for delivery/pick-up and which are for in house sales only?

Welcome to the Community. 

Yes, if you have those options set up as Modifiers, you can hide them. 

In Item Settings > Modifiers > Click on the small gear to the right > Check Hide. It will look something like the screenshot below.
