Can you add add customers who visited once over 12 months ago to the Reachable group?

Is it possible to adjust the list to include those who visited once beyond the 12 month window?

Hey @BKWST! I moved your post here to a new thread so I can reply with more detail!

There isn't a preset group for customers who only visited once over 12 months ago but you could use the Filters in your Customer Directory to see the your customers who visited over a year ago:

1. Click Filter in the upper right > select Visit Frequency.
2. Set the minimum visits to 1 in the last 2 years.
3. Check the box next to each customer that lasted visited 'A year ago'. (Or click on Last Visited at the top of the column to sort the list by date.)
4. Click Add to Group to create a new group, or add those customers to an existing group.

You could also use the filter Last Visited to see all customers who last visited a year ago (no matter how frequently) and then repeat steps 3 and 4.
