Can unit weight change with an online purchase?

When using the online store can you adjust the final price for a purchase before it is picked up or shipped?  We operate a farm market and the actual weight of a ordered product can change. What to know the answer before we set up our online store.

Since the customer pays at the time they order, there's no way to edit the price before delivery/pick up. You'll need to collect the remainder using the POS app.
