Downloaded the app as the owner of the business to just look at it and try it out. I am on an iPhone and I could log into it several times. Starting yesterday and continuing today it says, "Oh no, something went wrong."
"It looks like we are experiencing some problems on our end."
My wife can log into it just fine. I have deleted the app and reinstalled but nothing.
Any suggestions or maybe Square has an answer.
Hi @Sparkys! Are you and your wife using the same login info? Or does she have her own email and password to login with?
She has her own.
@Sparkys Got it! If you have her listed as an employee through the Team App (sounds like you do) she'll be able to login. If you're the Account Owner, you'll have access to view their info from the Dashboard. You would technically need to add yourself as an employee if you wanted to login to the actual Team app.
