Best way to get internet on mobile unit with square register?

Hi!  I am launching a mobile beverage cart.  I will be working different events and have purchased the square register.  Is there a way to get internet to my register using my iPhone?  I won't always have wifi at events.  I should be able to use my iPhone data as a hotspot correct?  What is the easiest way to get internet connection to my square register?

You're spot on.  Using your iPhone as a mobile hotspot, you should be able to connect up your Square Register to the Wi Fi network created by Square.  The data use should be minimal.  We've been using an iPad with cellular connectivity for years and never gone over 1 gigabyte of data in a month with daily use.
