Can't I talk to a sales person?

I'd like to talk to a sales person before I place my order.  Is there a way to do this without setting up an account?

Why do I have to email?

Why can't I talk to a HUMAN to fix what ever the issue is? 

This shows me complete lack of professionalism of a business.
