Can customers print out invoices?

My customers can't print out their invoice when I send it they say they need it in PDF I can't figure it out?

If your customer wants a PDF copy of their invoice there are a couple of steps they will need to take. 

1. Your customer will need to access the email with the invoice.
2. They will have to click on the pay invoice button.
3. This will take them to a new page where they can create a PDF of the invoice.

If a customer attempts to print the invoice directly from the email it will come up blank.
