Can customer re-load an eGift Card?

I have not found a way for the customer to re-load or add to the balance of their eGift Card. Would it not be a great idea for the customer to have a "load" button on the page that shows them their history and balance. Plus when loading the eGift Card it would be great if they could enter a Discount Code as well. That would be very convenient and helpful for the way we use the eGift Cards. Right now with the tablet app being the only way to re-load an eGift Card is creating a bottleneck at the register.

Hello @FoothillsBC. You are correct, at this time it's not possible for a customer to reload an eGift Card or a plastic Square Gift Card themselves.

You can reload plastic Gift Cards but the customer will still have to visit or call you to add funds (and so you can process the sale) from your Point of Sale. 

I'm interested to hear how you use eGift Cards at your business? It sounds like customers use them frequently?
