If a customer makes a purchase using Square can they dispute or do a charge back on NO Refund item?
Is there a screen I can set up when they are making the purchase for them to acknowledge they understand the item has a No Refund policy on it.
Unfortunately a customer can always initiate a dispute on any charge. This was meant as a way to protect them against fraudulent charges. However, many people realize this is a way around the system, to get things for free or to circumvent things like your "no return" policy.
