Can a Reader support two separate bank accounts owned by the same business?

I am setting up a new LLC and want to maintain the previous account and add the new account to the same device,  How do you accommodate that?

You would have to setup multiple locations for your business in square dashboard as each location can only have one bank account tied to it.

the reader doesn't care, what matters is what account you are logged into. 

so you would have to log in and out of square register depending on what bank account you want that specfic transaction to go into. It could get confusing and easy to mistakenly charge to the wrong account.
