Can Mobile Staff enter customer information?

We take orders at events and ship the product afterward.  Mobile Staff can't access the Add Customer option in the charge sale window.  Can Mobile Staff add customer information in another way?

Hi @bradk- You can read more about what permissions are enabled for mobile staff roles here: https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6129, but it looks like Mobile Staff users can only take payments. You'll want to look into Employee Management if you want to give your team more granular permissions!
