I currently have a loyalty program with over 3,000 e-mails (that's how they sign in). I see that Square Loyalty uses phone number to sign people up. I don't have the phone numbers of my customers now so how can I transfer these folks over to my new loyalty program if I switch? Thanks!
Hello! You're right - the Loyalty program is based on a customer's phone number and they do need enter a phone number at the end of a sale participate in your Loyalty program.
But you can import customers (in bulk) to the Customer Directory. That way you could send customers an Email Marketing Campaign. Campaigns can be used to let customers know about upcoming sales, or to give customers a heads up about your Loyalty program!
