Our sales are “final sale” and we don’t want to refund. How do I turn off the ability to issue a refund? Or, how can I add a second line approval for refunds?
There is not a way to turn off refunds, but you can restrict them from certain employees by using Team management. https://squareup.com/us/en/point-of-sale/features/team-management
